Meet the Owner

Dennis H. Sew is a lifetime native of Baltimore, Maryland. He received his B.S. from Towson State University - School of Business in 1983. He has 35 years of experience as a licensed bail agent in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania. Mr. Sew has apprehended over 3,000 fugitives in his career.

He was instrumental in creating and implementing procedures in extradition of fugitives for Maryland State’s Attorney offices. In 1996, he was appointed "director of agent services" for Lexington National Insurance Corporation. He received his CBA in 2001.

Dennis has chaired PBUS' Fundraising and Membership Committees, served on the Education Committee and continues to chair several PBUS committees. He has also previously served on the Board of Directors. In 2009, Dennis was honored as the PBUS "Bail Agent of the Year," in 2015 he received the PBUS President's Award, and was selected to the PBUS Hall of Fame.
